Ashtanga Yoga – La 1a serie Passo a Passo

Workshop di 3 ore rivolto a tutti, specialmente a chi ha iniziato da poco e ha bisogno di più spiegazioni riguardo la pratica della 1a serie. Studieremo nel dettaglio le posture e la logica delle sequenze, seguendo la loro disposizione originale.

Chi è Sandra Howling http://www.yogawithsandra.co.uk/

Abilitata ad insegnare la prima serie, l’intermedia e parte della 3ª serie secondo il metodo tradizionale. Pratica Yoga dal 2001, passando all’Ashtanga Vinyasa con John Scott nel 2002 ed insegna dal 2007. Ha seguito la formazione di 500 ore direttamente con John. È Senior Yoga Teacher (SYT) di Yoga Alliance e diplomata British Wheel Yoga Teacher nel metodo Swami Vivekananda dal 2009, inoltre ha studiato e completato il teacher training della 1ª e 2ª serie con Manju Pattabhi Jois.

Ha praticato con Pattabhi Jois, Sharath e Saraswati quando sono stati a Londra. Insegna nel Regno Unito ed in Europa tenendo lezioni guidate e Mysore Style, workshops e ritiri. Sandra è anche l’assistente di Manju Jois nel Regno Unito e di John Scott sia nel Regno Unito che in Europa e com lui fa formazione insegnanti. Vedi anche www.yogawithsandra.co.uk

Who is Sandra Howling

First of all, Sandra is a graduate of the John Scott Yoga teacher training programme and one of the few teachers to receive the 500hr certification from John. Sandra has Senior Yoga Teacher (SYT) accreditation with the Yoga Alliance and is also a qualified British Wheel of Yoga Teacher, graduating with their Teaching Diploma after 3 and a half year study with tutor Swami Vivekananda Ma in 2009.

In addition, Sandra has studied with and completed Manju Pattabhi Jois Primary and Intermediate Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training and was also fortunate to practise and study with ‘Guruji’ (Sri K Pattabhi Jois), Sharath and Saraswati, when they visited London.

She has been teaching in the UK and Europe holding Assisted Self Practise classes, Primary, Intermediate, opening part of Advanced A Series of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Counted classes, Workshops and Retreats. She also teaches on the new John Scott Teacher Training Program. She has been practising yoga since 2001, studying Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga with John Scott since 2002 and teaching since 2007.Sandra has also assisted Manju Jois in the UK and John Scott in the UK and Europe and on his CPD training for Teachers.
